U Ficu Gin
Sicilian gin with an aromatic note of prickly pear. On the nose the juniper is penetrating, but then gives way to a flavor that immediately projects us to Sicily: the entry is soft thanks to the sweetness of pomegranate and the central body fresh and complex thanks to the presence of citrus and herbs of the Mediterranean scrub. Unmistakable is the note of prickly pear from which the name of this gin is inspired wanting to celebrate this fantastic fruit.
Ingredients: Compound Gin made by blending distillates of herbs, spices and citrus fruits.
Appearance: Clear and orangey prickly pear colored
Serving Temperature: 4 to 5 °
Serving: Neat over ice or paired with tonic water and for other premium cocktails.
Pairing: Perfect for classic Italian aperitivo, with raw fish and oysters. Try pairing with dry pastries.
