Citron Marmalade
Our jams are handmade using selected fruits from the Sicilian territory. The jam is prepared following a method that has a centuries-old tradition, using fruit and cane sugar. Our jar of jam contains as much as 60 percent fruit without the addition of any kind of preservative. Its flavor together with its high quality makes this product unique in the area. Suitable for both vegetarians and vegans. Spread on bread or rusk. After opening store in the refrigerator at a temperature of 4°C and consume within 14 days.
INGREDIENTS: Cane sugar, oranges with peels, gelling agent: fruit pectin. Acidifier: citric acid. Fruit used: 45g per 100g Total sugars: 60g per 100g.
