Pistachio pesto is a sauce made with pistachios, one of the typical products of the region of Sicily. Pistachios are known for their delicate and aromatic taste and have been grown in this region for centuries. Pistachio pesto is made with toasted and finely chopped pistachios, extra virgin olive oil, grated cheese and other ingredients such as garlic and parsley. It is perfect for seasoning pasta, meat, fish or vegetables, but can also be used as a dip for croutons or to stuff sandwiches or sandwiches. Its creamy texture and intense taste make it a versatile and tasty seasoning for any dish.
