Pistachio pesto and garlic is a sauce made with pistachios, one of the typical products of Sicily, and garlic, an ingredient known for its intense and aromatic taste. Pistachio pesto and garlic is made with toasted and finely chopped pistachios, minced garlic, extra virgin olive oil, grated cheese and other ingredients such as parsley and basil. It is perfect for seasoning pasta, meat, fish or vegetables, but can also be used as a dip for croutons or to stuff sandwiches or sandwiches. Its creamy texture and intense taste make it a versatile and tasty seasoning for any dish.
