Mortadella al Tartufo is a variety of mortadella typical of Sicily that is distinguished by its intense aroma and delicate truffle flavor. The meat used is pork, and black truffle is added to the mixture before steaming. The truffle gives the mortadella an intense aroma and a distinctive delicate flavor. Mortadella with truffle is a refined and tasty product, perfect to accompany cheese boards or to be used as a filling for sandwiches and sandwiches.
