Mortadella Olives and Parsley

Olive and Parsley Mortadella is a variety of mortadella typical of Sicily. The meat used is pork, and it is flavored with the addition of olives and parsley, which give it a unique and tasty flavor. The mortadella is steamed and then pressed to give a soft and tasty texture. The combination of flavors from the olives and parsley make it a perfect choice for a charcuterie board or to fill sandwiches and sandwiches.
