Pistachio pesto with summer truffle is made with toasted and finely chopped pistachios, chopped summer truffle, extra virgin olive oil, grated cheese and other ingredients such as garlic and parsley. It is perfect for seasoning pasta, meat, fish or vegetables, but can also be used as a dip for croutons or to stuff sandwiches or sandwiches.
