Sicilian hazelnut cream is a delicacy made with hazelnuts from the best crops on the island. The hazelnuts are roasted and finely ground to create a smooth, velvety cream with an intense flavor and delicious aroma. This cream can be used to fill tarts and cookies, spread on toasted bread or rusks for a delicious breakfast or snack, or even used as a base for making ice cream and spoon desserts. It is produced without preservatives, artificial coloring or flavoring, to preserve all the authenticity and quality of local hazelnuts.

INGREDIENTS: Hazelnut 45%, sugar, milk powder, extra virgin olive oil, non-hydrogenated vegetable fat (sunflower seed oil

sunflower, cocoa butter), emulsifier: soy lecithin.
