Solo Nero Nocera Sicilia DOC 2021 is a Denominazione di Origine Controllata red wine produced in Sicily, made exclusively from the Nocera grape variety, an indigenous grape variety that is little known and widespread, but highly valued in the region for its unique characteristics and contribution to the sensory profile of wines. Nocera grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified using traditional methods to maximize the characteristics of the variety. The result is a wine with a deep ruby red color with notes of ripe red fruit. On the palate it is warm, full-bodied and harmonious with velvety tannins and a long taste persistence. It is ideal with red meat dishes, aged cheeses and traditional Sicilian cuisine.
